The price you pay to store may not be so cheap if you can't easily get your things in and out when you want to. Make sure the facility you rent at has these features:

Long Access and Office Hours: Hours of access should meet your needs, both for initial lease up and for later access of your space. Although most facilities will have some limits on hours of access for security reasons, a good facility will make exceptions for those with special needs.

Truck Rentals: Truck rentals at the site can make your move even easier. Many facilities will even provide them free of charge when moving in.

Building Access: Plenty of drive up doors and/or loading docks will make loading and unloading easy without wasting time waiting for others to finish.

Interior Access: Loaner carts, handtrucks, dollies, and pallet jacks along with wide hallways and, lifts or elevators, make moving your goods quick and easy.
